European lawyers partners
The „European lawyers partners – "ELP" group originated as an outcome of a long-time cooperation between individual partner offices.
It is an open group whose aim is attaining a higher territorial and time flexibility when dealing with clients´ requirements and thus also attaining a higher quality of the provision of legal services by individual co-operating attorneys, within the whole uniting Europe.
This co-operation between individual partner offices started already during the beginning of the 90s of the last centuries when it was formally created and certified on December 1, 2006 at the town hall of Bayreuth by signing a Contract of co-operation – partnership and mutual co-operation made between Partner law offices on the territory of the Czech Republic (represented by JUDr. Libor Čihák, attorney of Šendera and Čihák law office) and Rechtsanwälte Dr. König, Heinold & Kollegen, Bayreuth, The Federal Republic of Germany (represented by D. Heinold).
